Doctor Reddy is an original character created by Diane Cheklich and played by Haranath Policherla. To date, Doctor Reddy has starred in three short films, and a feature film is in development.

The original Doctor Reddy short film won First Place, Best Short at the 2009 East Lansing Film Festival, and Best Actor at the 2010 Mitten Movie Project. The film is in distribution through Ouat Media in Toronto and has been bootlegged twice on YouTube.
